1. ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH
- Processing Time: We are committed to dispatching your order swiftly. All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2-4 business days of receiving the order confirmation.
Dispatch Confirmation: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS from us, which will include your tracking information.
Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMELINES
Once your order is dispatched, the delivery time will vary depending on your location.
Estimated Delivery Timeline: We aim to deliver all orders within 5-7 business days across India.
Detailed Timelines:
Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
Other Cities & Towns (Tier II/III): 5-8 business days
Delivery Delays: Please note that these are estimated timelines. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistical issues with our courier partners, public holidays, or other events beyond our control.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
Prepaid Orders: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available as a payment option and will incur an additional charge of Rs. 100 per order. This fee is non-refundable and will be clearly displayed at checkout.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking ID and a link to the courier partner’s website. You can use this ID to track the real-time status of your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
5. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If our courier partner is unable to deliver the package after repeated attempts (usually 2-3 attempts), the package will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange for re-shipment, which may incur additional shipping charges.
