We specialize in handloom sarees and apparel (“Products”). All Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Handloom Disclaimer: Our products are handcrafted, and slight variations in color, pattern, weave, and texture are inherent to this process. These are not considered defects but rather a testament to the unique quality and authenticity of each handloom piece.
Color Accuracy: We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s or mobile device’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to change prices for our products without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors and reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at an incorrect price.
3. ORDERS AND BILLING
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, and shipping information for all orders placed at our store.
4. ORDER CANCELLATION
As per our policy, orders can be canceled within 6 hours of being placed. Once the product has been processed, packaged, or shipped, a cancellation is not possible. To cancel your order, you must email us at support@bodagalahandlooms.com with your order number within this timeframe.
