Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at bodagalahandlooms.com. We take pride in our authentic handloom products. Given their handcrafted nature, slight variations are part of their unique charm. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. Once the product has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible. To cancel, please email us immediately at support@bodagalahandlooms.com with your order number.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Damaged or Incorrect Products Only: We accept returns only if the product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return under these conditions, you must:
Raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Provide clear proof of the damage or defect (photos or videos) by emailing it to support@bodagalahandlooms.com for our team to review.
Please Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of “change of mind” or “dislike of product.” Minor irregularities in weave, color, or texture are natural characteristics of handloom products and are not considered defects.
3. NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
Custom-stitched or made-to-order sarees.
Sarees purchased during a sale, clearance, or promotional offers.
Products that have been damaged due to mishandling or improper care after delivery.
Accessories, blouse pieces, or gift items sold separately.
4. THE RETURN PROCESS
- Step 1: Initiate Request (Within 48 Hours) If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, notify us immediately by emailing support@bodagalahandlooms.com with your order details and the required proof (photos/videos).
- Step 2: Await Approval Our team will review your request. If approved, you will receive a confirmation via email with further instructions.
- Step 3: Ship the Product Back (Within 7 Days) Securely package the product and ship it to the following address: Bodagala Enterprises Pvt Ltd Shop No: 2, 1st Floor, H.No 5-94/2, Plot No: 396, Golden Temple Rd, Secretariat Colony, Hyderabad, Telangana 500089. The customer is responsible for the return shipment.
The product must reach our facility within 7 working days from the date your return request was approved.
5. REFUND POLICY
Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets all eligibility criteria.
Processing Time: If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after the product passes inspection.
Mode of Refund: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Non-Refundable Charges: Please note that the original shipping and handling charges (including any COD fees) are non-refundable. If a free shipping offer was used, a nominal return shipping charge may be deducted from the refund.
6. EXCHANGE & REPLACEMENT POLICY
We allow an exchange only for the same product category, subject to availability.
If a replacement is approved for your damaged or incorrect item, it will be dispatched upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.
The new replacement product will be delivered to you within 7 to 10 working days from the date of approval.
If the desired replacement product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead, as per the policy above.
7. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund within the stipulated time, please:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit/debit card company or bank, as there is often internal processing time before a refund is posted.
